| Abstract: | Leaves of Lycium barbarum L.were lanteb on MS medium supplemented with BA 0.1mg/L and NAA O.5mg/L,regenerated plantlets wereproduced through the somatic embryogenesis process formore than 30 bays.If the leaves were planted on MS medium only supplemented with 2,4-D0.1-1.0mg/L anb through the same cultures,only callus was formed,butit contained a lot of somatic embryos of bifferent stages of developmentwithin it.These somatic embryos could be further developed,formingnormal green plantlets on MS medium without 2,4-D.Microscopicalobservations showed that the basic process of somatic embryogenesis wasquite similar to that of zygotic embryo,but there were some obviousvariations on patterns of genesis anb morphological features. |
