| 摘 要： | 用~(211)At碲胶体在体外培养条件下,诱发家猪淋巴细胞染色体畸变.对试验结果进行了回归分析,作出剂量—效应直线.实验结果说明,由~(211)At辐射出的α—射线引起的细胞损伤中,染色质损伤是重要因素,而且损伤效率很高.

| Abstract: | The At-211-tellurium colloid was used to induce chromosomal arerration in domestic pig lymphocytes cultured in vitro, to make the straight-line of cose-response, He legression lymilysis was then done. By doing the significance test of relational coefficient, it is proved that the straight-line of the dose-response is significant, The iesult shows that among the cell damages by alpha-radiation produced from the At-2ll-tellurium colloid, the damage of chromatin is most important and the efficiency of damage is very high. |
