| 摘 要： | 现代竞技体育的竞争越来越激烈,对运动员培养过程的要求也越来越高。运动员的培养不应该拘泥于1个固定的模式,本文以秦旺萍为例,就青少年短跑运动员的个性化培养进行了一些探讨,以求为今后运动员的培养提供一些参考。
