摘    要:将膜工艺与传统污水处理工艺相结合对精对苯二甲酸生产污水进行了深度处理.基本工况为超滤系统采用全量过滤方式,内压式超滤运行通量稳定在40—60L·m^-2·h^-1,低污染反渗透膜运行通量稳定在15~20L·m^-·h^-1,系统回收率为70%.工程运行结果表明,该工艺对精对苯二甲酸达标废水深度回用处理运行稳定,产水水质可靠.经深度处理的污水的各项指标满足回用要求.

Abstract:Terephthalic acid wastewater was treated by membrane technology combined with traditional bio-treatment technology. The running of membrane system and the quality of permeation was stable and credible, under the conditions of ultra filtration(UF) using dead filtration. UF flux was about 40 - 60 L·m^-2·h^-1, and reverse osmosis (RO) using low fouling element filtrate flux was 15 - 20 L·m^-2·h^-1. The reuse rate of this system was 70% and the process was stable operated with purified water meeting the requirements for water reuse.
