电阻焊晶体管电源的恒流充电系统设计

摘    要:针对焊接电源储能电容传统充电方式的不足,设计了一种能够进行稳定高效充电的恒流充电系统。设计中,以dsPIC33FJ64GS610作为控制核心,采用PI控制算法,实现恒流控制。介绍了该充电系统的硬件电路设计、软件控制策略以及实验结果。

Abstract:Because of the defects in the traditional charging ways in the welding power, this paper designs a constant current charging system, which can charge the storage capacitors more effectively and stably. The design achieves the constant current controlling, which takes dsPIC33FJ64GS610 as the controlling core, using the PI control algorithm. The hardware design of the charging system, software control strategy and the experiment result are given.
