摘    要:使用半解析法求解涂层材料的接触问题. 对于接触压力的求解采用共轭梯度法;而表面弹性变形以及次表层应力,通过解析法得到影响系数,并采用离散卷积-快速傅里叶变换加速求解. 结果表明,薄涂层对表面压力的改变很小,主要由基体承受载荷,对于滚子轴承而言,涂层不能消除边缘压力集中;最大Von-Mises应力的大小和位置与涂层材料、涂层厚度以及摩擦因数有关;与软涂层相比,硬涂层具有较大的界面剪切应力,涂层剥落、黏着失效更易发生,随着涂层厚度的增加,最大界面剪切应力先增加后减小.

Abstract:A semi-analytical method was used to solve the coated contact problem. Surface contact pressure was solved by a numerical procedure based on conjugate gradient method. Surface elastic deformation and sub-surface contact stress were calculated using the influence coefficient derived from the analytical solutions. Discrete convolution and fast Fourier transform was used to promote calculation efficiency. The results show that thin coating cannot significantly change surface contact stress and eliminate roller bearings'' edge effect. The substrate is the main load-carrying material; the location of the maximum Von-Mises stress is related to coated material, coating thickness and friction coefficient; the stiffer coating has large interfacial shear stress and tends to delamination and adhesion failure; as the coating thickness increases, the maximum interfacial shear stress firstly increases, and then decreases.
