| 摘 要： | 以小火电厂凝汽器酸洗为例，介绍了一种安全实用的硝酸酸洗凝汽器方案。通过对铜管进行硝酸酸洗凝汽器除垢试验，发现铜管内表面光洁无污物，呈铜基本色泽，除垢率在95％以上，腐蚀速度为0．12mm／a，除垢效果满意。

| Abstract: | Taking steam condenser acid dipping in small thermal power plant as example, this paper introduces a safe and practical scheme of acid dipping steam condenser with nitric acid. Through experiment of applying acid dipping steam condenser to remove scale, we found that internal surface of copper pipe is bright and clean and non present basic color of copper, When removing scale ratio is over 95 % and corrosive rate is 0.12 mm/a, the effect of removing scale is satisfied. |
