| 摘 要： | 我国房屋屋面防水渗漏问题仍很严重,屋面防水层应充分利用并发挥刚性防水材料和柔性防水材料各自的特性,采用刚柔结合的防水方法是实用有效的。采用2mm厚SBS改性沥青防水涂料+3mm厚单层SBS改性沥青防水卷材+钢筋混凝土刚性防水层的做法是有实效的屋面防水做法。
