摘    要:人性假设不仅仅是一个重要的理论问题,也是一个重要的实践问题,对人性假设的正确认识和理解就显得很重要。虽然很多的人性假设理论过于极端片面化,但是其合理成分仍然在当今企业中对员工的管理有很多的启示意义及借鉴作用。
