| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和管理体制的变化,消防工作也面临着新形势。文章从新《消防法》对加强建设工程消防监督管理,落实建设工程消防设计、施工质量和安全责任,规范消防监督管理行为入手,讨论了新时期消防工作的改革新思路与新举措以及在改革过程中消防备案工作应注意的问题。
