克痫散对小白鼠部分性肌肉抽搐和阵挛的影响

目的：研究克痫散对小白鼠部分性肌肉抽搐和阵挛的影响。方法：56只小白鼠随机分为生理盐水、克痫散、安定和苯巴比妥组。以上四组动物每天用上述四种制剂灌胃一次，连续灌胃30天后，每只小白鼠腹腔注射盐酸氨基脲200mg／kg，诱发癫痫，记录出现局部肌肉抽搐和阵挛的潜伏期和时间，进行统计学处理。结果：克痫散组的潜伏期明显高于其他各组，持续时间缩短（P＜0．01）。结论：吉林市船营中医院提供的克痫散对盐酸氨基脲诱发的部分性肌肉抽搐和阵挛有显著疗效，其疗效优于安定和苯巴比妥。

The effect of Kexian powder on local spasm and clonus in the muscles of the mice

Objective: To study the effect of Kexian powder on the local muscular spasm and clonus of the mice. Methods: 56 mice were randomly divided into saline group, Kexian powder group. valium group and barbiturate group. And then the drugs mentioned were administered orally every day to the animals in these four groups. 30 days later, semicarbazide hydrochloride was injectal into the abdomen of the mice to induce epilepsy. The dosage was 200mg/kg The incubation periods and durations of local muscular spasm and clonus were recorded and analyzed statistically. Result: The incubation period in Kexian powder group was much longer than those in other groups and the durations of spasm and clonus were much shorter (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Kexian powder provided by Chuanying hospital of the traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effect on local spasm and clonus of the mice induced by semicarbazide hydochloride. The therapeutic effect is better than those of valium and barbiturates.
