| 摘 要： | 农村公路客运是广大农村地区的重要基础设施,加强农村公路客运的管理对于保障农村居民出行安全具有重要意义.文章从构建＂三级四员＂的农村客运管理机构着手,从管理制度、农村客运企业、农村客运车辆、农村客运从业人员、信息化建设等方面探讨了相应的管理对策.

| Abstract: | The passenger traffic is the most important infrastructure in the rural areas.The management has great significance to the safety of travel for the people in the rural areas.Starting with the administration of passenger traffic in the countryside to establish ＂three levels and four members＂,from the rule,the enterprise of passenger traffic,the vehicle,the staff of passenger traffic,information,the correspondent countermeasures were investigated in the paper. |
