| 摘 要： | 胜任特征是影响师范专业班团干部工作绩效的重要因素。通过行为事件访谈法等方法获取师范专业班团干部胜任特征主要包括积极进取等17项。通过实验得出结论：经过胜任特征专题培训，师范专业班团干部胜任特征是可以得到提高的，有些因子甚至出现了显著或极其显著差异，但实验结果也提醒我们，胜任特征提高的过程是比较缓慢的，作为班主任应该树立长期、多途径培养的观念。
