| Abstract: | Based on the ontology-driven data transformation model，a database of biomedical datasets is established，and the shared semantic identifiers of heterogeneous resources are given.In order to realize the automatic conversion and mapping of the data set，it is necessary to generate the biomedical library which supports the semantic Web format. |
