Co/Ru多层膜的磁性

摘    要:
使用电子束蒸发的方法制备多层膜样品,采用振动样品磁强计测量磁学性能.通过分析发现,随着Co层厚度的逐渐减小,垂直易磁化的趋势逐渐增强.当Co层厚度减至0.5nm时,实现了垂直易磁化.同时,Co原子磁矩随Co层厚度增加而减小.

Abstract:
In this paper the Co/Ru multilayered films are fabricated by ultrahigh vacuum electric beam evaporation and their magnetic properties are studied by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that the trend of perpendicular magnetized Co/Ru film increases gradually with the depth of Co gradually decreasing.When the depth of Co layer in the Co/Ru multilayered films decreases to 0.5nm,Co layer was wholly perpendicular magnetized.Meanwhile the atomic magnetic moment of Co decreases with the depth of Co increasing.
