太行山猕猴锁骨性差研究

摘    要:了解猕猴锁骨性差特征及影响因素.太行山猕猴锁骨和颅骨标本51例(雄:18,雌:33).选择锁骨11个变量.数据分析采用SPSS 19.0.用判别分析方法建立锁骨性别判别函数.单因素方差分析锁骨大多数变量性差显著(P<0.01).采用有关锁骨变量性别正确判别率较低(50.0%~76.5%).考虑到锁骨与颅长比值,性别正确判别率有所增加(80.4%~86.3%).整体上雌性判别率高于雄性,两侧之间没有明显差异.这种性差模式主要与锁骨特殊生长模式、形态结构、行为习性和种属特异性有关.

Sex Differences of Clavicles in Macaca Mulatta

Abstract:To examine sex differences and the influencing factors of clavicles in Macaca mulatta,and the clavicles and skulls specimens were obtained from the 51skeletons of adult Macaca mulatta(♂18,♀33),and 11variables about clavicles were selected in this paper.SPSS 19.0was used for statistical analysis.The discriminant function analysis was used to establish clavicle gender discriminant function.For the one-way analysis of variance derived,most variables of clavicles showed highly significant sex differences(P<0.05or P<0.01).Only using variables of the clavicles,the accuracies of sex determination were low(50.0%-76.5%).However,using the relative sizes of the clavicles and cranial lengths,accuracies of sex determination became better(80.4%-86.3%).Overall,the female discrimination was higher than male's and there were no differences between the two sides.This sex differences were mainly related with special growth mode,morphology,behavior,habits and species specific of clavicle.
