弹塑性材料动态起裂止裂和裂纹稳态扩展轨迹的试验研究

摘    要:利用一维试验原理,在冲击拉伸试验装置上实现了周边切口短圆柱试件的动态起裂和动态止裂试验,利用止裂试验中不同的裂纹止裂长度△a和止裂点处的总体柔度,拟合一标定曲线,根据P^-δ曲线上每一点的总体柔度由标定曲线来确定裂纹的稳态扩展轨迹,从而得到裂纹的扩展速度。

Abstract:By using the self-designed bar-bar tensile impact apparatus, a novel test method for studying dynamic fracture-initiation and -arrest has been proposed based on the one-dimensional test principle. According to the overall dynamic compliance C of curve of average load-relative displacement and the crack growth length, the path and velocity of crack growth is obtained by the calibration curve method. The results show that these methods are feasible and effective.
