太原市水资源的发展前景

根据太原市水资源的现状，提出了在现有的网点及设施设备的基础上加快发展和建立既能适应太原市市情又能与全国步伐一致的水资源监测及管理、调度体系。该体系应包括水资源的实时监测、实时评价、实时管理、实时调度、实时评估等部分，其目的是实现防洪与兴利统一调度、地表水与地下水资源联合管理。

The Developing Prospect of the Water Resources in Taiyuan City

According to the present situation of the water resources in Taiyuan City, this paper puts forward a suggestion of speeding up the development and c onstruction of the water resources monitoring, managing and dispatching system t hat not only suits to the actual conditions of Taiyuan City but also is uniform with the pace of the whole country based on the existing web sites and facilitie s, which should includes the real-time monitoring, real-time evaluating, real-time dispatching, and real-time managing, etc., and the purpose of which is t o realize the uniform dispatching of the flood prevention and the water conserva tion and the joint management of the surface water resources and the ground wate r resources.
