基于模糊层次法的铁路建设项目评选研究

摘    要:为又好又快实现大规模高标准铁路建设目标,铁道部党组适时提出了和谐铁路建设目标任务,2008年进一步对铁路建设提出了质量、安全、工期、投资效益、环境保护、技术创新"六位一体"管理要求,为铁路建设工作指明了方向.在决策过程中,为了提高资源利用效率,往往需要进行多方案比选.为了最大程度地满足六项目标要求,本文拟引入模糊层次分析法分析六项目标的权重,进而进行多目标决策,为铁路项目管理决策提供依据.
