| 摘 要： | 针对在计划经济体制下传统的国民经济与社会发展中长期规划存在的问题，将计算机、地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）、决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）、多媒体、网络等高新技术用于西安市国民经济与社会发展中长期规划中，有效地将资源、经济、社会、环境等与国民经济和社会发展有关的统计信息及规划决策方法落实到具体的时间和空间地域上，提高了中长期规划的科学性、可视性及社会参与性。 |

| Abstract: | Regarding the problem of the National economy and the mid long term planning of the social development existing in the traditional closed command economic system, some hightech such as GIS, DSS, Multimedia, network etc. will apply in it. The statistical information and the planning decision making method of the resources, economy, society and environment concerning the National economy and social development will put into operation in the actual time and place. Henceforth, the application will promote scientisity visually and the socials interactive in the long term planning. |
