| 摘 要： | 为确定氮肥对不结球白菜生长及品质的作用效果,采用室内盆栽的方式,以不施用任何氮肥为ck,研究了施用CO(NH2)2,NH4HCO3,(NH4)2SO4,NH4Cl,NH4NO3等氮肥对不结球白菜生长状况及品质作用效果的影响。结果表明:与ck比较,施用氮肥使不结球白菜的鲜重、叶绿素含量、硝酸盐含量、氨基酸态氮含量均有所增加;使Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量有所降低。其中,施用(NH4)2SO4能显著提高不结球白菜鲜重和叶绿素的含量;施用NH4NO3显著提高不结球白菜的硝酸盐含量,并使不结球白菜的Vc含量降低得最少;施用CO(NH2)2使不结球白菜的可溶性固形物含量降低的最少;施用NH4Cl对不结球白菜的氨基酸态氮含量影响最大。

| Abstract: | The potted experiments were carried out to study the effect of application of CO(NH_2)_2,NH_4HCO_3,(NH_4)_2SO_4,NH_4Cl,NH_4NO_3 on the growth and quality of non-heading Chinese cabbages.The results showed that the application of Nitrogen fertilizers could increase the fresh weight,chlorophyll content,NO~-_3-N content,amino acid nitrogen content,and could reduce Vc content and soluble solid content.Among the above,it was found that the application of(NH_4)_2SO_4 could markedly increase fresh weight and chlorophyll content,that NH_4NO_3 could markedly increase NO~-_3-N content and effectively control and reduce Vc content,that CO(NH_2)_2 could control and reduce soluble solid content,and that NH_4Cl could significantly affect the amino acid nitrogen content in non-heading Chinese cabbage. |
