| 摘 要： | 菲茨杰拉德小说《了不起的盖茨比》中主人公盖茨比悲剧并不是爱情的悲剧，而是其因为相信金钱可以实现梦想所导致的理念的偏执，以及其不溶于上流社会的良知和天真导致的必然结果。整部作品中蕴含了深深的幻灭感，充分揭示了美国社会的黑暗、空虚的现实以及“美国梦”必然幻灭的结局。

| Abstract: | American writer Fitzgerald's novel The Great Gatsby's tragedy is not for love,but for the wrong belief that money can help realizing dreams and for his conscience and innocent which is not coexistent with the people in the high ranks.The whole novel gives the reader a deep feeling of disillusion and exposes the darkness of the American society,the inanity of the life and the inevitable disillusion of the "American dreams". |
