掺铅铋系超导体制备及性能研究

摘    要:以铋、铅、锶钙、铜的醋酸盐为原料,用溶液一凝胶制备Bi1.85Sr1.9Ca2Cu3.1Oy微粉,进而制得Tc(zero)=105K的铋系超导体,研究了制备过程最佳烧结温度和时间,并测量所制超导体的断裂韧性和比热-温度曲线。

Abstract:Bi_(1.85)Pb_(0.35) Sr_(1.9) Ca_2Cu_(3.1)Oy micropowder was prepared from Bi,Pb,Sr,Ca and Cuacetate with the dissolving condensing glue method,and the Bi superconductor system of Tc(zero )=105 K was prepared from it.The excellent sintering temperative and time , the tenacityand the specific heat-temperative curve were measured.
