| 摘 要： | 电网企业的运营具有特殊性：投资大，经营周期长，供电价格受管制，对安全性要求非常高。在诸多约束条件下，提篙电网投资的技术经济价值，取得合理效益，就必须依据科学的评价方法对投资效益进行评估。对电网投资效益评价的数学方法进行了探索，并讨论了指标的约简方法、归一化处理和权重计算等问题，得到一般电网投资效益评价的综合数学模型。这种评价方法可适用于电网长期投资的各个阶段或整个寿命周期。
