基于MATLAB的单相光伏并网系统仿真设计

摘    要:介绍了一种单相光伏并网系统仿真设计方法。根据光伏电池的数学模型建立了光伏阵列MATLAB仿真模型,利用S-Function函数编程实现了电导增量法的MPPT算法,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下,利用SimPowerSystems库搭建了单相光伏并网系统动态仿真模型,仿真结果表明,光伏电池输出功率能很好的保持在最大功率点,逆变器输出电压的频率和相位与电网电压的频率和相位相同,真正实现了并网。

Abstract:Introduces the method of simulating design for a single-phase photovohaic grid connected system, Establishes simulation model based on the mathmatlcal model of PV array and the Incremental Conductance method MPPT algorithm programmed by means of S-functions in Matlab/ Simulink, A single-phase photovoltalc grid connected system is designed by SimPowerSystems library. The simulation results show that the output power of PV module kept at MPP, the frequency and phase of inverter output voltage is the same as power network voltage's. Thus it is really realized the grid connected.
