失活V-P/HZSM-5分子筛的再生及催化性能研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气法对失活V-P/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行再生,探讨水蒸气温度、流速及处理时间对再生后催化性能的影响,并用XRD、FTIR、SEM等分析手段对催化剂再生前后的结构进行表征.结果表明,水蒸气再生催化剂的最佳条件为:水蒸气流速为0.3mL.min-1,再生温度为400℃,再生时间为3h.

Abstract:The deactivated V-P/H-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was refreshed by distilled water,and its catalytic activity after refreshing was investigated through changing the temperature,velocity or disposed time of distilled water .The catalyst was characteristized with SEM,FTIR,XRD.The experimental results show that,the best refreshed catalyst is obtained with distilled water flow rate of 0.3 mL·min~(-1),and refreshing for 3 h at 400 ℃.
