凿人力-凿深曲线的测定与分析

摘    要:本文对钎头凿入岩石的动态过程进行了试验测定,并对影响凿入力-凿深曲线的因素进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,钎头刃长、冲击速度和钎刃初始凿入深度,都是影响凿入力-凿深曲线的重要因素,试验测定的实际凿入峰值力与理论分析基本一致。

Abstract:Experimentally investigates the dynamic penetrating behavior by a impact bit penetrating into the rock, in which the factors affecting the load-penetration curve are discussed. Silicon photoelectric cell is proved successful to the measurement of tiny transient displacement in penetration process, by which the measured penetrating depth is in good agreement with that calculated indirectly. A large number of test results show that the edge length of a wedgetype bit, the impacting velocity of piston and the initial penetrating depth considerably affect the load-penetration relationship, and the peak value of penetration force measured is basically conform to those calculated by use of the formula obtained from theoretical analysis.
