| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军，大学生思想政治教育形势的不断变化，对从事大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的辅导员提出了新的挑战．构建高校学习型辅导员队伍对建设学习型社会，建设专业化、职业化辅导员队伍，促进大学生全面发展具有重要的意义，需要从树立新的学习理念、加强辅导员队伍管理、构建辅导员学习型团队和建立激励保障制度等方面加大工作力度．

| Abstract: | College counselors are the main force of the ideological and political education, changes in the situation of ideological and political education of college students present new challenges for counselors, who engage in education and management of college students. Construction of learning counselors has great significance in building learning society, construction of professional counselors and promoting comprehensive development of college students, and we need make more efforts in establishing new learning concept, strengthening the management of counselors, building learning team of counselors and establishing incentive and security system. |
