| 摘 要： | 生化产业方兴未艾,但具有创新能力的专业人才缺乏。因此,高职院校应从学生创新意识的培养、实训基地建设和高起点创新平台的构建等方面入手,大力培养生物技术人才创新能力,为生物产业化提供人才保障。

| Abstract: | Aiming to construct personnel training pattern of the higher vocational colleges ,and associating with the reform of the bio - chemistry specialty,this paper first illustrates the cultivation of innovative consciousness, the construction of practice bases and the set- ting - up of a high starting point for innovation platform, then puts forward the methods about the cultivation of innovativeness in order to provide the biology industry with qualified talents. |
