摘    要:目的优选槐米中芦丁的提取工艺。方法以槐米中提取出芦丁百分含量为评价指标,以芦丁为对照品,以高效液相色谱法测定超声提取槐米中芦丁的含量。采用L_9(3~4)正交实验,对影响超声提取槐米中芦丁效果的三个因素(溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间)进行优选。结果药材粗粉在80%甲醇浓度、料液比为0.1:50、提取时间40 min、时提取效果最好。结论本实验为优化槐米中芦丁的提取工艺提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of Rutin in sophora japonica. Methods: The percentage content of Rutin in sophora japonica as the evaluation indicator and Rutin as the reference substance, high performance liquid chromatography was applied to measure the content of Rutin ultrasonically extracted from sophora japonica. Orthogonal test L9(34) was used to optimize the three factors influencing ultrasonic extraction of Rutin in sophora japonica (solid-liquid ratio, extract concentration, extraction time). Results: Middlings of medicinal materials works best under the conditions of the solid-liquid ratio 0.1:50, 80% methanol, extraction time 40 min. Conclusion: This study could provide a reference to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of Rutin in sophora japonica.
