摘    要:
学习型组织是一个有持续学习及创新能力,能不断创造未来的组织,其独特之处即在于它持久的生命力,它能像具有生命的有机体一样,通过建立内部学习机制,使个人和团队及整个组织得到共同且长远的发展。对学习型组织进行了深层次的探讨,并在此基础上,结合时代发展特征,提出了我国企业建立学习型组织的对策。

Abstract:
The learning-type organization, which is the one with sustainable l earning and innovating ability, can continuously create the future. Its perfecti on is the eternal vitality, just like the other organic bodies, through setting up the internal learning mechanism, it can make the persons, groups and whole or ganization obtain far-reaching development. This paper makes deep exploration o f the learning-type organization and, based on this, puts forward some counterm easures for Chinese enterprises to set up the learning-type organization connec ting with the developing features of the times.
