| 摘 要： | 传统国民经济核算体系将环境资产排除在外,导致了GDP的虚增.吉林省要保护自然生态环境,促进资源的可持续利用和经济的可持续发展,需要建立以绿色GDP为核心的指标体系,解决自然资源和环境价值的核算问题.通过构建环境生态成本对传统GDP进行调整,采用系列资源价值估算方法进行计算的结果表明:2001年吉林省GDP中6.22%是以牺牲自身资源环境取得的,绿色GDP为1 906.07亿元.提出了提高吉林省绿色GDP占GDP比重的相应对策.

| Abstract: | Traditional SNA leads to unreal increase of GDP for excluding natural capital. By establishing an indicator system with green GDP as the core to assess the value of natural resources and environment, Jilin Province can protect environment from destruction and achieve the sustainable use of natural resources so as to achieve the sustainable development of economy. In this paper, traditional GDP is adjusted by deduction of environment and ecology cost. The conclusion is that 6.22% percent of Jilin Province GDP in 2001year comes from exhausting natural resources and environment. As a result, the green GDP is 1 906.07 hundred million.Some effective measures are provided to deduce environment and ecology cost. |
