| Abstract: | The incremental equilibrium equations are derived from the continum mechanics based on updated Lagrangian (U.L.) virtual incremental formulation, the influence of hang-rod for ultimate load of tied arch bridges is presented in the paper. Good agreement between the computed results and the experiment results. The order of tensing hang-rod has had influance on the bridge the ultimate loads has been computed.5figs.,6refs. |
