| 摘 要： | 利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳法,研究了平原地区人工养殖的棘胸蛙在冬眠前、中、后三个期间中,肝、肾、心、肌四种组织的乳酸脱氢酶酶谱,发现乳酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱在不同组织中有差异,且在冬眠前后有一定的变化;初步探讨了季节对LDH同工酶的影响。

The study on change of LDH isozymes of bred paa spinosa before and after hibernation |

| Abstract: | This study deal with LDH isozymes of liver,kidney, heart and muscle of bred Paa spinosa in plain area. The electrophoretic patterns of LDH isozymes show changes before, within and after the hibernation periods of the frog, the effect of the seasonal change on the LDH isozymes is discussed. |
