微波-水热合成钛酸钡粉体及其表征

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯和氯化钡为钛钡源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用微波和水热二者联用的方法合成钛酸钡。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对合成的钛酸钡粉体进行表征测试。

Abstract:In this paper, the Barium Titanium Oxide ( BaTiO3 ) powders were prepared via microwave heating and hydro- thermal process with Ti (OC4H9 )4 and BaC12, then NaOH was used to precipitate an agent. The products were characterized by XRD, FFIR and SEM.
