太行山猕猴食管癌前病变患者毛发中微量元素分析

摘    要:我们测定了食管癌高发区太行山猕猴毛发中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn4种微量元素的含量,实验结果表明:发Fe含量,猕猴食管增生患者较正常者呈极显著性增高(P<0.01),Cu在重增者中显著增高(P<0.05),Zn、Mn在增生患者与正常间未发现差异(P>0.05).本研究旨在为人类食管癌提供病因学及病理学依据.

Abstract:We determinded the quantities of trace elements Cu,Zn, Fe, Mn in hair of Rhesus Monkeys from Taihang area of high morbidity of esophageal cancer. Our results show that, compaired with the quantities in the normal subjects,Fe content is remarkably higher in patients of esophageal epithelium proliferation (P<0.01), and Cu content is signally higher in those with high proliferation (P<0.05); the results also indicate that there is no marked difference for the quantities of Zn and Mn between the patients and the normals (P>0.05). The present study aims to provide aetiology and pathology foundation for human esophageal cancer.
