通脉宁心冲剂影响实验性血栓形成的初步研究

摘    要:
在健康家兔颈总动脉——预外静脉血流旁路中放一丝线,以便形成血栓,观察通脉宁心冲剂对丝线上所形成血栓重量的影响。实验结果表明,用本品灌胃,可使家兔实验性血栓重量明显减轻,血栓形成抑制率为37.57%,与对照组比较,差异显著,说明本品对家兔实验性血栓形成有抑制作用,与临床上用于防治血栓性疾病的疗效有一致性。本文还讨论了有关的作用机制。

The Effect of Tongmainingxinchongji on the Experimental Thrombosis——A Preliminary Study

Abstract:
Tongmainingxinchongji,a mixture of three traditional Chinese drugs (Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuangxiong and Pueraria lobata),was used for clinical treatment of patients with ischemic encephalopathy.This paper reports its effect on the Wet weight of thrombus formed experimentally.The experimental thrombosis was induced by placing a silk yarn in the artificial blood stream bypass between the common carotid artery and external jugular vein of rabbits.The changes in wet weight of thrombus were measured before and after tongmainingxinchongji was injected into the rabbit stomach through a catheter. The results were as follows: The experimental group (n=14):The mean wet weight of thrombus before the use of tongmainingxinchongji was 49.59 mg and that after the use of tonmainingxinchongji was 30.96mg.The reduced mean weight was 18.63±7.71mg mean±SE) p<0.05 and the rate of thrombogenic inhibition was 37.57%. The Control group (n=13):Normal Saline Was given for control.The mean weight of thrombus after saline was given was reduced only by 1.72±5.89mg and the rate of thrombogenic inhibition was 4.99%. The means of the two groups are significantly different (p<0.05). The results showed that tongmainingxinehongji could inhibit the experimental thrombosis and could be used to prevent and treat thrombosis.Some relevant mechanism is also discussed.
