| 摘 要： | "农民工"是社会转型期向我国工人阶级过渡的新群体. 无论从理论上还是现实生活中,"农民工"已经逐步成为我国的新产业工人.走出对"农民工"的认识误区,从宏观政策上提高农民工的地位和待遇,推动其向工人阶级的转化,这有利于加速我国的产业化进程和农业结构调整,促进我国现代化的进程.

| Abstract: | The peasant workers are a new transitional colony of the working class during the period of the social transformation in China. They have been the new working class theoretically and practically in China. To eliminate the wrong views on it and to improve their status and treatment by the macro policies will impulse their transformation to the working class and accelerate the process of our modernization. It is good to boost the process of industrialization and the adjustment of agro-structure too. |
