摘    要:介绍了一种新的轴流泵叶轮的水力设计方法,推导了求解叶轮S1流面流动的积分方程。轴流泵叶轮的水力设计是以有厚叶栅的正问题计算作为基础,通过正、反问题迭代来完成的,它较传统的设计方法(奇点法、升力法)能更好地满足设计扬程的要求。实例计算表明,结果合理,叶轮型线光滑,程序运行时间用486微机约5min,因此是一种实用的设计方法。此外,该设计方法也可用于轴流式水轮机转轮的水力设计。

Abstract:A new hydraulic design method and the numerical method of axial flow pump impeller are introduced. The integral equation for flow calculation of S1 stream surface of impeller is derived. The hydraulic design of impeller is based on computing the direct problem of S1 and completed by use of the iteration of direct-inverse problem. The requirement of design head can be met well, compared with traditional methods (sigularity method or lifting method). The design result shows it is reasonable and the pattern drawing of blade is quite smooth. it takes about 5 minutes on 486 microcomputer for running the design program, so it is a practical method. Besides, it can be used for the hydraulic design of axial flow turbine runner.
