| 摘 要： | 10 0只 NIH小鼠随机分为 4个剂量组和 1个对照组 ,进行了为期 90 d的甘肃棘豆亚慢性毒性试验 .试验结果表明 ,高剂量 (>4 5 g/kg体重 )甘肃棘豆添加组小鼠体增重 ,食物利用率显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .当添加剂量为 2 4 g/kg(饲粮中的比例为 10 % )时 ,小鼠临床反应、体增重、食物利用率及血液学指标WBC、RBC、Hb、GPT等未出现明显变化 ,说明此剂量为甘肃棘豆对小鼠的最大无作用剂量

| Abstract: | mice were allotted to one control and four treatment groups to determine the subchronic toxicity of Oxytropis Kansuensis Bunge(OKB) within 90 days.The result showed :the mice fed high dose(>45g/kg weight )of OKB appeared certain toxicity response and their gains in weight and feed utilizations were significantly lower than those of control( P <0.01);however,the clinical response,gains in weight ,feed utilizations and blood items such as RBC,WBC,Hb and GPT of mice fed lower dose of OKB (24g/kg weight) didnot have significant difference with control mice.So 24g/kg of OKB might be maximum non effect dose on mice. |
