无返回力矩钟表机构延时设计的研究

摘    要:目的 研究起动加速度a0 和卡摆与擒纵轮间的啮合传动常数p 对钟表机构走时特性的影响; 方法 把数学模型和动力学仿真软件相结合,模拟真实条件,研究无返回力矩钟表机构的延时特性;结果 p 和a0 的大小对钟表机构延时特性存在决定性的影响;结论 p 和a0 的合理取值可以大大提高钟表机构延时设计的效率;

Abstract:Aim To study the influence of the acceleration and the joggling factor between the pallet and the escape wheels on the timing characteristics of the clock mechanisms with unturned escapement. Methods The mathematics model and dynamic simulation software-WORKING MODEL 3D were used to build virtual prototype and to simulate the timing characteristics of the clock mechanisms with the unturned escapement in actual environments. Results Joggling factor among the escape wheels and the acceleration influence the timing characteristics of the clock mechanisms very deeply. Conclusion The reasonable values of the acceleration and the joggling factor among the escape wheels can improve the design efficiency of the clock mechanisms with unturned escapement.
