一种基于OPC的PLC以太网络设计

摘    要:介绍了OPC技术、OPC服务器和客户程序的通信原理. 在此基础上提出了一种基于OPC的PLC交换式以太网络设计方案. 实验表明, 该网络的不同的客户程序不仅能够通过TCP/IP网络实现对PLC现场设备的实时控制, 而且网络的速度、实时性、可靠性和兼容性得到提高, 网络结构简单, 实用性强.

Abstract:The OPC technology and the communication principles between OPC server and client program are introduced. In the text, the main purpose is to design a PLC switched industrial ethernet which is based on OPC technology. Experimental results shows that this TCP/IP network not only makes different client programs realize the real-time control to PLC field devices , its response speed, real-time ability, reliability, compatibility, opening performance are also improved. The structure of the network is simple and its practicability is improved.
