| 摘 要： | 目的分析住院病案缺陷的常见原因及解决办法。方法对2004年1月～2004年6月中15334例出院患者作回顾性分析。结果l5334例中,有质量缺陷1226例,占8.0%;1226份病历中,检查27项指标,有质量缺陷42910项。结论加强医师的法制观念,强化基本功训练,坚持三级质控是确保病案质量的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the reason of the defects of medical records and to settle them.Method: Checked 15334 medical records from January to June,2004.Results: 1226 cases of quantity disfigurement were 1226(8.0%) in 15334 cases;check 27 index case in 1226 cases,quantity disfigurement had were 42910 items.Conclusion: To maintain the quality of medical records,the education of law and the training of medical technique are necessary. |
