两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用（附30例报告）

目的探讨两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的可行性及应用价值。方法为30例急性阑尾炎及慢性阑尾炎患者行两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果手术均顺利完成，手术时间15—45min，平均25min，术中出血量5-15mL，平均9mL，住院时间3-6d。无手术并发症发生，术后1个月所有患者无腹痛、腹胀及发热。腹部仅在脐旁留有一约10mm的疤痕。结论两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎性疾病安全有效，且更具微创性，美容效果更佳。

The clinical application of two-hole laparoscope in appendectomy

Objective：To discuss the feasibility and application value of two-hole laparoscope in appendectomy. Methods： The clinical data of 30 cases with acute or chronic appendicitis undergone the appen- dectomy by two-hole method laparoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The surgeries finished suc- cessfully, the operation time was from 15 rain to 45 min, the average time was 25 minutes. The intraoperative blood loss was 5-15mL, the average was 9mL. The time in hospital was 3-6 days. There were no complications. After the surgery for 1 month, all the patients had no abdominal pain, abdominal distension and fever, There was only a 10mm scar beside the navel. Conclusions： Two-hole laparoscope is a safe and effective treatment in appendectomy, is a micro - trauma method, and gets better cosmetic result.
