科学发展观与技术创新的价值重构

发展观本质上表现为一种价值观,任何技术创新活动都是在一定价值观的指引和规约下进行的。不同的发展观,会导致创新主体在解决创新问题上的不同价值取向。在传统发展观的指导下,创新主体的价值取向主要关注的是创新活动的经济价值,从而陷入了空前的价值困境。要走出价值误区,技术创新就应该在科学发展观的统摄下进行价值重构。“生态化技术创新”与“人性化技术创新”的提出,就恰恰体现了对传统技术创新价值观的叛逆,其实也是对科学发展观的理性回应。

The Scientific Outlook on Development and Values Reconstruction of Technological Innovation

The outlook on development,in nature,refers to certain values,which guide technological innovations.Different outlook on development result in differences in values when the issues of innovations are handled.Under the guidelines of traditional outlook on development,innovation subjects mainly concerns economic value,which put the technical innovations into an unprecedented dilemma.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,technological innovation should be undertaken values restructuring following the scientific outlook on development. The concept of "Eco-technological innovation" and "human-technological innovation",the animadversion to traditional technological innovations,are rational responses to the scientific outlook on development.In all out,we should closely follow the scientific outlook on development,realizing values restructuring of technological innovation with a number of effective measures.
