| 摘 要： | 应用能源系统分析的基本理论和方法,建立了泰安市用能大户能源供应—消费调控决策模型.模型在数学最优计算的基础上,通过建立弹性系数的方法,具体地反映了能源供应—消费调控的动态过程,以及决策者主观判断的影响作用,从而使经验决策与科学决策有机地结合在一起,提高决策理论的实用性,以减少决策的失误.
