复方丹参滴丸对慢性充血性心力衰竭心室重构的抑制作用

目的 观察复方丹参滴丸对慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心室重构的抑制作用。方法 CHF患者68例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组3-4例，常规使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、口受体阻滞剂、利尿剂和地高辛治疗；治疗组3-4例，在对照组基础上加用复方丹参滴丸，每次10丸，每日3次，疗程18月。治疗前、后进行超声心动图检查，测量并计算左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左室收缩末期内径（LVEDs）、室间隔厚度（IVSd）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室心肌质量（LVW）、左室心肌质量指数（LVMI）。比较组内治疗前后上述超声心动图指标的变化和组间差异。结果 治疗组和对照组治疗18月后，两组LVEDd、LVEDs、IVSd、LVPWd、LVM、LVMI、LVEF均有明显改善，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组和对照组比较，治疗后，治疗组的IVSd、LVPWd、LVM、LVMI较对照组改善更明显，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 在常规药物治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸，能进一步改善CHF的心室重构。

Restrain Effect of Composite Danshen Droplet Pills on Left Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To explore the restrain effect of composite Danshen droplet pills on ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic Congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic heart failure,34 patients were allocated in control group,34 patients were allocated in composite Danshen droplet pills group. The control group were treated with the common drugs （ACEI、β- R. digoxin, diuretic）for 18 months, the composite Danshen droplet pills group were treated with the common drugs and capsule composite Danshen droplet pills 10 pills Tid for 18 months.The color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on all the patients at the end of 18 months treatment. All the patients were observed the changes of LVEDd.LVEDs、IVSd.LVPWd.LVM.LVMI、LVEF.Results At the end of 18 months, Both composite Danshen droplet pills group and the control group showed significant improvement in LVEDd.LVEDs.IVSd.LVPWd.LVM.LVMI、LVEF （ P 〈 0.05）. The changes of IVSd. LVPWd. LVM. LVMI in composite Danshen droplet pills group were better than those in the control group significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Composite Danshen droplet pills showed favorable effects on left ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic Congestive heart failure.
