成都市城市扩张遥感监测及演变特征研究

城市扩张是城市化和经济快速发展的重要特征.以成都市中心城区及近郊区为研究区,应用空间分析统计方法分析了该区1985年、1995年、2005年、2010年四期的土地利用数据,尤其对城市建设用地的分布及变化规律,从空间发展角度探讨了成都市的扩张过程和特点.结果表明:1985—2010年成都市的城镇用地从152.5km2增加到441.1km2,年增长速度为11.5km2.成都市城市空间扩张方式从沿主城区呈环状向外扩张到点轴式的扩张方式,再到以新城区为主要扩张方式演变;近25年来,成都市城市扩张主要占用的土地利用类型为耕地,占城市扩张面积的64.43%,其次占用较多的是农村居民点,占城市扩张面积的35%.

A Study on Remote Sensing Monitoring and Evolution Characteristics of Urban Expansion of Chengdu City

Urban expansion is the important feature of urbanization and rapid economic development. With central Chengdu and the suburbs as the research object,the method of spatial analysis statistics is adopted to analyze land use data of 1985,1995,2005 and 2010, especially the distribution and variation of urban con- struction land use,and discuss the spatial expansion of Chengdu. The result shows that from 1985 to 2010 the urban area of Chengdu was expanding from 152.5 km2 to 441.1 km2,with an annual increase of 11.5 km2. The city went chronologically through three stages, the annular expansion around the main urban are- a,the point-axis expansion,the new urban district. In recent 25 years,land occupied by the sprawl is mainly cultivated land （64.43） and rural residential settlements （35%）.
