| 摘 要： | 从理论上讲 ,企业在谋求自身的竞争优势时 ,是不可能同时运用成本领先战略和别具一格战略的。本文分析了上述两种战略的基本特点及适用条件 ,例举了现实中两种战略并存的现象 ,并由此提出了两种战略同时实施的理想状态以及应注意的一些问题

Meanwhile, some problems to which be paid attention were posed. |
