| 摘 要： | 为解决豫西地区中小型冶炼厂铅原矿冶炼直收率低、能耗高、环保差等问题，进行了冶炼设备和工艺的革新，如鼓风炉采用热风套预热空气鼓风、循环热水冷却水套，降低（减少）本床、炉缸深度、增加风口个数、风口角度等。并对各典型渣型进行了分析研究。从设备和工艺上保证了原矿的冶炼，取得了降耗、节能、节约熔剂，提高金属直收率，综合回收冰铜，增收贵金属等效果。

| Abstract: | The innovations, such as circulating hot water cooling cases ,lowering internal crucible and basin , increasing the number of gasintakes and their angles ,of hot blast lead blast furnace and technology are introduced.This technology applies well to west-Henan fawore refining , reducing the cost and pollution,achieving the results of less consumption energy and more yield ,and synthetical recovering of lead, copper matter and noble metals and saving fluxing agent. |
